At Karisimbi Cave Resort, we are deeply committed to empowering women within our community and fostering sustainable economic growth. Through our on-site souvenir shop, we provide a unique platform for local artisans, especially women, to showcase and sell their handmade crafts, such as woven baskets, traditional pottery, beadwork, and beautifully crafted jewelry that reflects Rwandan culture.

Women artisans participating in our program receive hands-on training in product design, quality control, and small business management, ensuring their crafts meet the standards tourists and international buyers seek.
